Silver Kings Finalize 2008-2009 Roster

Walsh says Final Roster is Picked, Cautious Optimism in the Air

Silver Kings Forward Matty Walsh

Blacks Harbour, NB - Despite many roadblocks earlier, the Blacks Harbour Silver Kings unveiled the final 2008-2009 roster. Forward Matty Walsh said, "There's some familiar faces that have returned from last year and faces prior to that. If you blend them in with the new guys, it makes for a pretty good squad. I know its early and we've only played one game, but it looks like this team is as good as or better than last year's team. We play our home opener next Saturday night, the 8th of November against Fredericton. Another tilt people should pencil in is on the 22nd when the St. Stephen Seahawks drop by. They have some new guys that should make them better as well."
