Here's the deal - you shave off your growth on October 31st, 2009 and for the whole month of November, you let your moustache grow. You can help raise money for prostate cancer research and have an excuse for looking really cool.

The Ratz are on board with this worthy cause and Matty Walsh is in the process of bringing the Kingfishers on board. There is a picture posted above of the possibilities you can make your 'tache look like.

One of us may be stricken with this someday and we should do all we can to help out.

Justin Sweeney of NBCC St. Andrews fame has announced that he and the rest of his squad are in and has issued a challenge to the other teams that they can raise more dough than anybody. Sweeney added, "I can say without a doubt that we are in. I’m sure that I can get the boys behind the Movember campaign. I have been looking for an excuse for a very long time to grow a moustache and now I have one. Look out for looking."

Matty Walsh of the Fundy Kingfishers says, "I'm personally on board but will be talking to the boys about taking part. This is a great cause and everybody should embrace it big time. As far as styles go, I'm leaning toward rock star, but could conceivably be a trucker."
