Frank Richard Relaxing With a Few Cigs New Year's Eve

Blacks Harbour, NB - The Hockey Voice obtained a picture if Kingfishers Frank Richard lighting up and he was quick to defend it. Richard said, "Hey, I made a New Year's Revolution to give them up. I want all the kids out there to make sure they don't smoke. It's a bad habit and I just wanted to have one last puff before I gave them up New Year's Eve."
