Blacks Harbour, NB - The year started out a little rocky, but when Justin Sweeney managed to get the team pulling the right way, it would have to be said they had a successful year. As with any new team of guys who had never played together and had no idea what type of hockey we expected them to play, things were a little chippy. Once this was all established, the team gelled and put together some victories along the way and some defeats that with some luck, could have had another outcome.
The players and management of the FIHL want to thank Justin for his efforts and to the team for coming out and making this a year to remember.
The league was certainly better off to have had you in it and we look forward to 2009-2010 with the utmost optimism.
