Johnson and Lee Provide Offensive Punch

Blacks Harbour, NB - Eric Lee and Mark Johnson each scored a goal and had 2 assists as the Ratz downed the visiting Blackland Twisters 5-3 in Tuesday night FIHL action. Rounding out the scoring was Greg Justason, Andrew Moffitt and Jack MacNeil. Scoring for the Twisters was Jeff Penny, George Estey and Chris Young. The Ratz lead most of the game but saw a 2-0 lead vanish early in the third period and appeared to be on the ropes and the Twisters came back to make it a 4-3 game. The final blow came when Johnson scored his goal with :42 left in the game. The game had only one minor penalty as the teams seemed to be focused on hockey. The win gives the Ratz a record of 2 wins and a shootout loss good for 5 points. The loss drops the Twisters to 2 wins and 2 losses.
