Dugas Feeling Good After Big Win
Timberwolves Goalie Andrew Dugas Meets with PressBlacks Harbour, NB - It's been a long time since Andrew Dugas left the Bonny River Ratz amidst speculation of contract issues and partying problems. However, he says, "I harbour no resentment toward those guys but when I step on the ice, they are just like the other idiots in the league. We tuned them good tonight." Dugas was speaking of the 10-3 shellacking his Timberwolves laid on the Ratz in Sunday night action in the FIHL.
Meanwhile, Ratz assistant captain Jim Buchanan saw things differently. He noted, "Geez, they had more guys than the Canadian Army. Standing room only. We came out flat and stayed that way. I was trying to think of somebody that had a good game but can't. Ya can't polish a turd boys."
The XXX stayed undefeated by beating arch-rivals Kingfishers 11-7.
