Blacks Harbour, NB - With the new blond hairdo flowing, Kingfishers star Frank Richard sat down with the HOckey Voice and said, "I feel better than I have for years. I gave up all my demons and I am concentrating on being fit. I take this role model thing very serious. I find that if I eat the odd dish of dog food, I can really bend over and do things a lot better. It's a little embarrassing for some people though. We had company the other night and for some reason I felt the urge to get down in front of the TV and start this stretching stuff. I thought somebody was gonna boot me in the ass though."
