Blacks Harbour, NB - Kingfishers injured star Chris Hoffman has found himself in the midst of a FIHL investigation. Hoffman's name has been linked to a drunk cat and he flatly denies it. He noted, "I don't have that brand of vodka. That is not my cat. Does the Hockey Voice not have anything important to report on?"

Meanwhile, the Hockey Voice officials stand by the story and the picture. The Director of Photography Matty Walsh says he "was told by a semi-reliable source that is was possible it was Hoffman's cat and that was enough to run the story. We've gone with less information in the past so cool it, man. If Hoffman is feeding booze to a cat, he should own up to it."
